We provide a free initial 20 minute session to help you to set up an account and feel comfortable with the use of Zoom, the video-conferencing platform we use in sessions. You may also wish to use our Guide to Zoom.

Teletherapy is in many ways similar to face-to-face speech therapy. We are able to screen share apps, therapy activities, websites and videos with clients.

My wife Sandra was initially very reluctant to use tele-therapy but she wanted to keep having her speech therapy sessions with Lorraine. Due to the current situation with COVID19, she decided to give it a go! So far, it has worked really well. Lorraine is able to use apps and share them with us on the screen and Sandra loves using Chat. It's definitely helped her to write more. Lorraine is so dedicated and always makes therapy engaging and enjoyable for Sandra. She's improved so much since she first started therapy with Lorraine and we're both very glad that we're able to continue online.

I really enjoy my tele-therapy sessions with Lorraine. We started having sessions a few months ago after I completed intensive voice therapy. Lorraine suggested online sessions because she knew going to clinic had been was a bit of a trek for me. I look forward to my Zoom speech therapy sessions each month. Lorraine is a wonderful therapist. She helps me stay on the right track and to keep speaking loud and clear.
